went out wif huiru ytd
think she grew up quite abit in terms of character
though still as cute and funny as last time..
like wat i always say..she's my female alter ego..
fri will be my own 2.4 trial in my neighbourhood
hope i dun get knocked down by cars when i cheong...
pray i can run 930..
now that almost everithing is kinda going my way,
the few stuff that i have not managed to accomplish began to bug me alot more than last time
i've been brave enough to face up to the ghosts of the past
really hope there is an end to this...

tried the gymnast chinup todae, did 4 onli and it already worked my abs a hell lot..feeling damn steam lah..tink i shud keep to 1 or 2 of it a day else i will surely burn out

got her to come in and talk for awhile..

woohoo..managed to hit 100 chinups in 1 day b4 i book out~
is do till failure everitime and recover and do again..so feel quite proud of it haha
now arms still feel quite ok but tink ill feel the effects tml morning
aft tt went out wif mel to makan and search for fran's pressie...
the chinese noodles there can say is better than crystal jade!
the noodles are nice la..but i haf the better soup base while she had the better tasting beef...
wonder if can ask the aunty to gime the soup and the beef tgt nxt time anot..hhaahhaa

managed to find this solar power doll thing..v cute 1 but super ex lah..passed it to agnes so she can go find fran...

ytd was a strange day indeed
fell aslp at 9, woke up at 2am and i havent slept since then...lol
chatted wif lm till 430, then i dno wat ive been doing from then till now
went to bathe, brush teeth in the wee hours of a wkend...
even now i feel damn energetic!
